Technical Services support teams
We do have service support teams. Each team comprise of a team leader with team members with specialty in hardware, software, programming and power fields.
Our mission is to provide real time (online, on-ground and/or telephone support), high quality and affordable service support, which is directed at improving wired and wireless networks, computer repair, home pc support, training, scanning services, virus removal, printer installation, wireless network setup, website design and promotion optimization services to any size of business operating on tight business service budgets, making use of the latest technology each time we solve a problem.
Wired and Wireless Network Support: Our service support team solves any problem emanating on either a wired or wireless network. We provide consultancy services for wireless service improvement and support the same. We also train and re-train technical staff members.
Preventive maintenance is one of the
most ignored aspects of PC ownership, in our opinion. Most people seem to think
that the PC does not need preventive maintenance, and so should just be used until
it breaks down, and then repair or replace it. These people generally find
themselves repairing or replacing much sooner than those that take definite
preventive maintenance steps against undue breakdown of PC.
